Kemis Group of Companies designs and deploys locally run AI, payments, communications, and education platforms that strengthen opportunity across every island. 16 verticals. One shared mission — to build technology systems that reflect Bahamian realities and serve Bahamian people.
KGC develops practical, locally managed digital systems that help The Bahamas responsibly manage data, expand economic participation, and prepare for the AI era. We are not replacing institutions. We are strengthening the digital tools they rely on.
We build and train AI platforms grounded in Bahamian context. VerityOS runs locally and is designed for schools, businesses, and public sector use. When intelligence systems reflect local realities, they become more accurate, more useful, and more trustworthy.
Connectivity is not equal across every island. VerityLite is designed to function even when internet access is limited. Digital access should not depend on perfect infrastructure.
Every initiative connects with schools, entrepreneurs, civic groups, and ministries. We build in collaboration, not isolation. The goal is long term capability, not short term disruption.
“I am not trying to recreate
Silicon Valley. I am building
Bahamian excellence.”
I grew up here. I understand both the talent and the gaps. After living abroad and seeing what strong infrastructure can do, I became convinced that The Bahamas does not lack ability. We need stronger digital systems, shared knowledge, and coordinated opportunity.
Artificial intelligence is not foreign. It is a tool. And if we participate in shaping it, we ensure it reflects our values, our laws, and our realities.
This work is not about control. It is about contribution. It is about building bridges so the next generation does not have to figure everything out alone.
Build locally. Scale responsibly. Each KGC brand contributes to a connected ecosystem powered by The Verity Suite, our locally managed AI foundation. The goal is long term national capacity, sustainable revenue, and technology that reflects the community it serves.
Every platform connects through VerityOS™, our locally operated AI system. Together they form a practical, partnership-ready ecosystem for Bahamian institutions, businesses, and communities.
The AI operating system at the center of everything we build. VerityOS runs locally, powers every KGC platform, and is designed for Bahamian institutions, businesses, and schools. This is the foundation.

Locally developed social platform focused on Bahamian connection.
Right now, most of the data, apps, and AI tools used in the Bahamas come from abroad. That means we don't own our future. We pay for infrastructure built for someone else's context. That ends here.
We are proving that small nations can lead the AI revolution on their own terms. Not by waiting for Silicon Valley to notice us. By building it ourselves — here, in Freeport, Grand Bahama, for the Caribbean and the world.
